Assistance Home Care

I have a family member that required extensive in-home care. The staff are knowledgeable, kind and there to assist with a positive and delightful attitude. They are thoughtful, caring, concerned and empathetic. This not only applies to the loved one that needs assistance but also to the family living with the loved one. The staff helps bring balance to the household. The administration is forthcoming and tentative with regard to putting the right caregivers with you or your loved on. They spent three hours with us in an initial assessment just to confirm our particular needs. The administration even brought up unforeseen issues or tasks that had not crossed our minds. They also heard our voice. When a caregiver doesn’t gel personality wise with the loved one, they have been extremely accommodating. This company walks a fine line between client and caregiver to guarantee that both sides are secure and comfortable. In addition they have a special team on standby in the event your caregiver has an unforeseen emergency. This special team is tremendous! However, usually they can find another available caregiver to assist . The staff as a whole has been amazing. I’ve gone through several different companies for various loved ones but none like this! I’m extremely pleased with this company.

I want to take this time and thank you for all your team did during my moms last few days at home. Everyone that came to the house was awesome in the care they gave her and the office personnel was and still is a pleasure to work with through this emotional time for my family. If I had to do this ever again, which I pray never happens, I would call again for your assistance. Thanks again

We had Assistance Home Care take care of my dad for about 6 weeks while we were looking for a skilled nursing facility for him. My dad enjoyed the company and the caregivers were very kind. I was happy with how helpful and responsive the office was as well. If there was a last minute change in schedules they were always on top of it. I would use them again.

Abbey and the entire team did a wonderful job helping with my aging in-laws. They were flexible, helpful, and gracious. The caregiver Barbara was fantastic: productive, knowledgeable, patient, and caring. She gave my mother-in-law showers and other personal care, and went above and beyond helping with household chores as well. She cleaned out their overflowing refrigerator of expired and rotten food, found the bleach in the house, and disinfected the whole thing in a single visit! Thanks, Barbara! Really wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I saw your sign on Manchester Rd saying you won an award in 2022. I needed help with a family member. I took a chance and contacted you. The staff and management were unbelievable. Quick response to an uncertain situation. This Company is Well staffed with experience employees, management and ownership.
